Easy website to use. When my dog tag wasn’t delivered I got an email straight away with options to re-deliver or refund I thought that was extremely Professional. I would definitely use my dog tags again

Hello. I ordered my tag many weeks ago and still have not received anything yet

I received my order today and it is exactly what I want and what I order, very happy with them.

Product is in excellent quality and suits my kitty well. The design on parcel is super cute. Delivery did take a month. When enquired about delivery time (3 weeks after making my purchase), the team did respond quickly and offered a refund or re-send at their own expense. Lucky I did not proceed with either knowing delivery services are delayed during covid. Thank you

I bought a star tag and the black polka dot collar and I love them both! The packaging was even adorable and the text on the tag is very clear and easy to read too! Great products and customer service!

Great quality. With the tag being light weight it is perfect for our little puppy. And the laser work is flawless.

I ordered two for my puppy. One month after they have shipped the products I still haven’t received them. They kindly offered me choice of either refund or shipping new ones. This time I received within two weeks. Then two weeks later I received the first package. It turns out AU post messed it up. Anyway, the product came with good quality. Loved it!

Dog tag was just what I wanted. Took a while to get here but worth it.

Happy with the service. They were friendly and helpful but unfortunately I didn’t receive any of my tags even when it was resent. So I cannot review the actual product. The shipping is shocking as well, have no way to be updated on where the tag is and therefore have no idea if it’s lost or just not coming. Really disappointed.
