I ordered a few dog tags online for my two dogs. For whatever reasons, the parcel went missing for 2-3 weeks. I contacted the customer services of Mydogtags. They responded not just quickly but also provided me 3 different options, including re-sending the dogtags. They also OFFERED a 25% refund for the incident. My very happy with the dog tag that I ordered. I’m just glad we can finally put it on our fur baby. Very good quality and I’m very pleased with the wording that I picked to go on. I could put a fair bit on and I liked how I could have both sides engraved. If the dog loses this one, I will definitely order another one from you and I will definitely be recommending you as well. Hi, I want to over write my first review to you guys. It took awhile for me to receive it. But It was a beautiful I like the color and the finish product it was awesome. It is 5 star indeed.

The small is the perfect size, you wouldn’t want any bigger. a little hard to read on pink & silver. The blue one comes up perfect. Took a little longer to arrive because of COVID but communication was open at all times. Will buy again
