I love my tag! It's even better than I imagined. It took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, but that probably had more to due with COVID-19 restrictions.

The team have been amazing! My dog tag hasn’t turned up (I’m guessing due to covid) and they were so hopeful and didn’t hesitate in sending me a new one straight away.

5/5 stars! Ordered 4 tags in different colours for each of my pets and they all look wonderful. Delivery took longer than expected but messaged customer service and they replied within 24 hours and offered to send new ones if the package didn’t arrive in the next few days and it arrived the day after, great service. Thank you so much! Will order again as needed.
